What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new AWS-focused resellers aligned with strategic goals.
- Build tailored development plans for partners, aligned to AWS frameworks and specialization opportunities.
- Lead quarterly business reviews to track progress against KPIs like revenue and certifications.
- Guide partners through AWS programs and ensure leverage of benefits.
- Act as strategic liaison between AWS, , and partners.
- Collaborate on technical enablement, customer engagements, marketing activations, and CRM tracking.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Norwegian (other Nordic languages a plus).
- 3–5 years in partner development, channel sales, or cloud ecosystem roles, ideally with AWS exposure.
- Strong understanding of cloud business models, AWS partner frameworks, and Nordic reseller landscape.
- Proven ability to manage relationships, build strategic plans, and drive execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, partner tracking, and performance dashboards.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS tools, certifications, and program dynamics (MAP, AWS Partner Network).
