Location: Hybrid, based in Ballerup, Denmark

What you will do

  • Own the commercial development and pipeline quality across Northern Europe.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and account plans for the desihirify.globalated region and segment.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business with strategic customers and partners in the defence ecosystem.
  • Expand existing relationships through cross-selling, upselling, and multi-year framework agreements.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals using structured opportunity management and disciplined follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and R&D to translate customer insights into structured feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Proven ability to source and finalize complex multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Hunter mindset with a strong commercial focus and discipline.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Willinhirify.globaless to travel up to 30%.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Ballerup HQ (Hybrid).
