Sales Engineer (AIOps)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to develop technical win plans and drive the full sales cycle.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and translate them into solution architectures.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and facilitate technical workshops for executive and technical stakeholders.
• Design and execute Proof of Value (POV) and POC engagements to validate ROI and technical fit.
• Support strategic channel partners and GSIs with enablement and joint technical validation.
• Provide market feedback to Product Management regarding competitive insights and feature gaps.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK or the Nordics (Sweden/Denmark).
• 3–7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical pre-sales roles within enterprise software.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Deep knowledge of observability, monitoring, AIOps, ITSM/ITOM, or cloud operations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and virtualization (VMware).
• Ability to handle hands-on technical work including API integrations and environment sizing.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Nordic languages (Swedish or Danish).
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
