Salary: $200,000 - $333,000 total target cash (varies by state)

What you will do

• Own full partnership lifecycle for strategic AI tech partners from identification to joint GTM execution and growth.
• Design repeatable GTM motions like co-sell, co-build, and partner-led POCs that scale across relationships.
• Define AI partner strategy, prioritize targets, and structure sell-with, sell-through, and co-build plays.
• Drive product integration roadmaps collaborating with hirify.global engineering for deep platform embedding.
• Build executive relationships and enable partner teams with GTM materials and success metrics.
• Track partnership pipeline, revenue impact, and stay ahead of AI ecosystem trends.

Requirements

• 7–12 years in technology partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally with AI infrastructure experience
• Track record of high-impact partnerships driving revenue or product outcomes
• Technical fluency in API integrations, data pipelines, and AI/ML workflows
• Strong deal negotiation skills for complex agreements
• Executive presence for C-level interactions and leadership briefings
• Builder mentality with urgency and bias to action in fast-moving AI ecosystem
