Location: Hybrid preferred in New York but open to others; US-based due to E-Verify and benefits
Base: $150,000–$200,000 (dependent on location and experience) + bonus and commission

What you will do
- Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding into new buying centers with AI and agentic products.
- Lead strategic deal cycles from discovery to closure in complex enterprise environments.
- Develop and implement vertical-specific AI GTM plans, sales playbooks, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing on vertical narratives, campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Act as thought leader at conferences and executive roundtables to elevate brand presence.
- Expand account penetration across departments like Sales, HR, Customer Experience; influence product roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise SaaS sales (AI preferred), strategy consulting, or business development experience
- Proven track record closing $1M+ ARR deals and surpassing quotas in global enterprises
- Deep domain expertise in Financial Services industry (required)
- Executive presence, data-driven forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong technical aptitude in AI, automation, and agentic systems
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
