What you will do
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities via outbound outreach including email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Develop qualified prospects from marketing leads, event attendees, cold calling, and digital prospecting.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, maintain CRM records, and support sales team in pipeline development.
- Co-sell data solutions with partners like Snowflake, DBT, Coalesce, Omni, and Sigma.
- Support Managing Directors and Principal Architects in complex sales cycles and strategic account planning.
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales metrics, forecasts, meetings, and calls; identify cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in BDM, BDR, SDR or similar sales role with cold calling, pitching, relationship building.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and comfort with cold outreach/lead gen tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented with experience in transactional quotas and high-intensity sales.
- Interest in data analytics, cloud technologies, digital transformation, AI.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and 2-3 days/week in Chicago office.
Nice to have
- Experience self-generating business and channel relationship selling.
- Prior experience selling data analytics, cloud, or engineering services in consulting/B2B.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Coalesce, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Omni, AWS, Azure, GCP.
