Solutions Engineer (Czech Speaking)

Focus on translating complex technical concepts into scalable solutions and optimizing Internet performance and security for enterprise customers.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in one of the following locations: Amsterdam, Lisbon, London, Munich, or Paris

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical customer advocate to ensure fit-for-purpose solution design and efficient adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to create scalable solutions for customer needs.
• Drive the technical win by demonstrating the superiority of hirify.global's solutions over competitors.
• Explain complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand terms to diverse customer stakeholders.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Internet performance and security technologies to keep pace with product innovation.

Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Fluent Czech and English (written & spoken) are mandatory.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, authoritative vs recursive DNS, HTTP, TLS/SSL, and firewalls).
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
• Must be located in or able to work from the available hubs: Amsterdam, Lisbon, London, Munich, or Paris.
• Availability for travel (10-15 days per quarter) to customer offices and conferences.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a pre-sales SE or consulting role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Experience with Zero Trust security frameworks and emerging security trends.
