What you will do

• Conduct in-depth value-based product demonstrations for prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with sales reps to answer technical and operational accounting questions during the sales cycle.
• Strategize on positioning and objection handling to increase individual close rates.
• Provide feedback to product, support, and setup teams to influence the development roadmap.
• Lead internal training sessions to elevate the sales team's accounting knowledge.
• Represent the company at webinars, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements

• High level written and verbal English and French language skills.
• 3-5 years of industry accounting experience, specifically with the month-end close process.
• Deep knowledge of the financial compliance landscape within organizations.
• Ability to thrive in a high-velocity sales environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and networking skills for daily video conferencing and in-person meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or using accounting systems (Close Management, ERP, Payroll, or Expense Management software).
• Prior experience with hirify.global or similar month-end close software.
