What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to assess prospect challenges and devise strategic technical solutions.
• Deliver compelling platform demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Guide prospects through structured platform evaluations and trials by designing use-case driven test plans.
• Analyze prospects' technical landscapes to provide seamless integration recommendations.
• Support the sales cycle from initial scoping through to successful handoff to Professional Services.
• Liaison with internal teams to drive feature adoption, up-sells, and account growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably within SaaS or MarTech.
• Deep technical knowledge of APIs, JSON, ElasticSearch, and general programming.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from London or Lisbon (Hybrid).
• Ability to travel for work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in an additional European language (German, French, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
