What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support to drive revenue growth and product adoption.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact between clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Lead and be accountable for the delivery of Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
• Present Threat Intelligence Reports and advice to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-level Executives.
• Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.

Requirements

• Technical background with existing sales engineer experience in pre-sales/post-sales engagements.
• Strong knowledge of network and security devices/systems (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, IDA, IPS, SIEM).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and common networking protocols.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to share complex technical information compellingly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines.
