AI Product Manager (APIs & Applications) (AI/SaaS): Building a self-serve Conversation Intelligence Platform consisting of APIs, workflows, and applications with an accent on developer experience and enterprise scalability. Focus on driving end-to-end execution of API integrations, self-serve UX, and transitioning the product into a repeatable platform business.

Location: Hybrid (Somerville, MA). Must be available for core in-office days.

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution across APIs, integrations, enterprise workflows, dashboards, and self-serve UX.
• Translate strategy into clear scope and milestones in close partnership with Engineering.
• Run fast build→launch→learn cycles with constant iteration and high transparency.
• Contribute product design thinking to raise the UX bar across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with the VP as a right hand across priorities, eventually owning a full platform domain.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience shipping products from MVP to scale.
• Experience working with APIs, developer workflows, or technical enterprise products.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and metrics.
• Ability to prototype functional product experiences quickly.
• Extreme ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
