Focus on translating vision into roadmaps, guiding cross-functional teams through execution, owning KPIs, and leveraging modern AI tools for prototyping and acceleration.

Location: Hybrid schedule based in South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Mondays and Fridays remote). Not open to visa sponsorship or transfer (H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, TN) or corp-to-corp.

Total Cash Compensation: $155,000 - $195,000 per year + Potential Equity

What you will do

• Drive initiatives as day-to-day lead for digital products, aligning with leadership, partners, and customer needs.
• Define high-value AI use cases, develop business cases, assess feasibility, impact, and ROI with clients.
• Translate objectives into roadmaps and deliverables, guiding design, engineering, and data science teams using AI tools for prototyping.
• Own outcomes through KPI definition, data analysis, experimentation, optimization, and client performance narratives.
• Manage and develop 1+ product managers, building their product sense and technical skills.
• Partner with teams to develop reusable AI tooling and workflows for efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Charlotte, NC area for hybrid schedule; no visa sponsorship.
• End-to-end ownership of AI/ML products from ideation to optimization.
• Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
• Proven track record delivering business outcomes via AI/ML with clear ROI.
• Partner engagement: leading discovery, validation, and alignment with stakeholders/clients.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python/R, and LLM/automation systems (Codex, Claude, Gemini, Zapier).
