What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles from kickoff to offer.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows for sourcing, outreach, and interview note consolidation.
• Manage and refine the integration between Claude and Greenhouse ATS.
• Train hiring managers on effective and compliant use of AI tools in hiring.
• Maintain clean data in Greenhouse to track pipeline health and recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing candidates.
• At least 3 years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, sourcing automation) in daily recruiting workflows.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to think in systems and automate repetitive manual processes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
