What you will do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for payer and patient support clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop payer-focused tools such as access resources, reimbursement guides, and pull-through materials.
- Guide patient support and HUB communications, including enrollment materials, onboarding journeys, and adherence content.
- Manage project execution, budgets, and timelines across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time and on-strategy delivery.
- Supervise and mentor junior account staff, providing direction and feedback on priorities and deliverables.
- Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business research and pitching.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, health policy, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of account management experience in healthcare communications, market access, or patient support agencies.
- Solid understanding of reimbursement pathways, PA/appeals, HUB services, and copay programs.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members within an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
