TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the South East United States (Onsite at client locations)

What you will do

  • Act as a forward-deployed lead, spending multiple days per week onsite at client healthcare systems.
  • Own post-sale delivery, including workflow discovery, solution configuration, and rollout across clinical operations.
  • Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to ensure measurable success and adoption.
  • Train nursing and healthcare staff on the effective use of AI solutions to ensure sustained operational success.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Establish and track metrics for patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
  • Proven experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing, including drug screening and vaccinations.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, including overnight or out-of-state trips.

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying or scaling AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS in healthcare settings.
  • Background in healthcare consulting, transformation initiatives, or system-wide implementations.
  • Experience presenting outcomes and best practices at executive forums or conferences.
