What you will do

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Guide cross-functional teams on agile best practices within a digital marketing context.
• Drive innovation in customer experience (CX) and omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Support Global and Regional CX Leads in release planning and campaign execution.
• Identify and remove team impediments while shielding teams from external distractions.
• Manage third-party invoicing and track project budgets.

Requirements

• Science background + MBA from a premier institute
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, or Pharma Product Management
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical marketing ecosystem.
• Proven experience in agile coaching and mentoring within multicultural environments.
• Strong stakeholder and conflict management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within a globally distributed, multilingual team.

Nice to have

• Specialization in Digital Marketing or Pharma Product Management.
• 6-10 years of total experience in project management.
• Experience managing large teams and proficiency in financial concepts.
• Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
