What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining trust-based relationships.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to refine specifications and oversee project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with GPP2022, ICMJE, the Sunshine Act, and region-specific requirements.
- Manage financial integrity by drafting SOWs, monitoring budgets, and coordinating timely invoicing and revenue reconciliation.
- Provide mentorship and onboarding support to junior members of the Client Services team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in project or account management within medical communications, publications, or a pharmaceutical company.
- Experience with publication and medical affairs accounts is required.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of electronic project management systems such as Veeva, Zinc, WorkBook, PubsHub, DataVision, iEnvision, or PubStrat.
- Experience managing multiple accounts, therapeutic areas, and deliverable types simultaneously.
