Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do
- Expand usage within existing acute and critical care centers and launch new customer sites.
- Drive new product and technology introductions and build advocacy among hospital champions.
- Develop a qualified lead funnel through formal presentations and peer-to-peer education.
- Educate and train physicians and clinical staff on the merits and proper clinical usage of products.
- Partner with clinicians to establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure and troubleshoot workflows.
- Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and compliance using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience.
- Registered Nurses (RN) with industry experience in supporting sales teams are also considered.
- Must be based within the Central Valley region.
- Ability to travel 60% (approximately 3 days a week).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Startup experience or experience working with disruptive technology.
- Medical device experience.
- Neuro ICU clinical experience.
