TL;DR

Clinical Account Manager (Medtech): Launching new hospitals and driving organic growth of the install base for a point-of-care EEG platform with an accent on medical education and physician training. Location: Must be based in the Central Valley region (Modesto); no remote applicants. Role requires 60% travel (3 days a week).

Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

  • Expand hirify.global usage within existing acute and critical care centers and launch new customer sites.
  • Drive new product and technology introductions and build advocacy among hospital champions.
  • Develop a qualified lead funnel through formal presentations and peer-to-peer education.
  • Educate and train physicians and clinical staff on the merits and proper clinical usage of products.
  • Partner with clinicians to establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure and troubleshoot workflows.
  • Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and compliance using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience.
  • Registered Nurses (RN) with industry experience in supporting sales teams are also considered.
  • Must be based within the Central Valley region.
  • Ability to travel 60% (approximately 3 days a week).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic prioritization skills.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience or experience working with disruptive technology.
  • Medical device experience.
  • Neuro ICU clinical experience.
