Location: Remote
Salary: $110,000 - $128,000 per year plus variable commission and stock options

What you will do
- Act as primary point of contact for enterprise clients, owning relationships from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Lead technical onboarding and data ingestion, partnering cross-functionally for successful implementation
- Translate client goals into strategic and technical solutions, guiding process improvements and outcomes
- Build stakeholder relationships, conduct Executive Business Reviews to track KPIs and identify growth
- Proactively manage risks related to integrations, data delivery, and adoption; troubleshoot with Product and Engineering
- Manage technical requests via Jira, interpret API docs, support integrations, and mentor junior CSMs
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Client Services in Enterprise SaaS
- Experience with health plans, payers, digital health, provider data, or regulated industries
- Managed enterprise accounts ($1M+ ARR or equivalent)
- Familiarity with data products, APIs, technical onboarding, and integrations
- Experience using Jira or similar for technical issue resolution
- Strong project management for complex timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery
