TL;DR

Sr. Customer Success Manager (Health Plans & Digital Health): Serve as trusted strategic and technical partner to enterprise clients, driving engagement, technical adoption, and long-term success across complex accounts with an accent on onboarding, integrations, and ROI demonstration. Focus on leading technical implementations, conducting executive business reviews, managing risks, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve success metrics like retention and expansion.

Location: Remote

Salary: $110,000 - $128,000 per year plus variable commission and stock options

What you will do

  • Act as primary point of contact for enterprise clients, owning relationships from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Lead technical onboarding and data ingestion, partnering cross-functionally for successful implementation
  • Translate client goals into strategic and technical solutions, guiding process improvements and outcomes
  • Build stakeholder relationships, conduct Executive Business Reviews to track KPIs and identify growth
  • Proactively manage risks related to integrations, data delivery, and adoption; troubleshoot with Product and Engineering
  • Manage technical requests via Jira, interpret API docs, support integrations, and mentor junior CSMs

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Client Services in Enterprise SaaS
  • Experience with health plans, payers, digital health, provider data, or regulated industries
  • Managed enterprise accounts ($1M+ ARR or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with data products, APIs, technical onboarding, and integrations
  • Experience using Jira or similar for technical issue resolution
  • Strong project management for complex timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery
