What you will do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles across GTM, Services, R&D, and G&A.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple business units and shifting EMEA priorities.
- Use Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to create personalised outreach for passive candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens covering professional competency, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate Greenhouse records and coordinate candidates through the interview stage.
- Monitor EMEA market trends and share recommendations on sourcing strategies and talent acquisition practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing talent across the EMEA region and navigating multi-country candidate pools.
- Background in talent sourcing, ideally combining in-house and agency experience.
- Knowledge of technology, professional services, and corporate-function talent markets.
- Understanding of relevant regional employment laws and GDPR-related recruiting data requirements.
- Strong organisation, relationship-building, prioritisation, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and refine sourcing strategies.
