Sourcing Specialist

Location: Remote; candidates must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain

What you will do

• Build market maps and conduct direct searches for priority business roles.
• Write and personalise outreach to passive candidates across LinkedIn, relevant communities, and other channels.
• Qualify candidate interest, availability, and basic fit before handing candidates over to recruiters.
• Review response, positive-response, screen, and downstream conversion data to improve targeting and messaging.
• Work with recruiters and decision-makers from the initial brief through candidate handover.
• Help establish the sourcing practice and develop toward broader sourcing or full-cycle recruiting responsibility.

Requirements

• Hands-on sourcing experience, or strong evidence of the ability to master sourcing quickly.
• Experience constructing search strategies and Boolean logic.
• Experience writing and improving outreach based on response quality.
• Experience building a pipeline from scratch for a difficult role and analysing what failed and what changed.
• Ability to take numerical ownership of response, positive-response, screen, and downstream conversion metrics.
• Strong written English, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to challenge a weak search premise.
