What you will do

• Define a multi-year vision for EMEA Payments to anticipate future merchant and ecosystem scale and complexity.
• Lead Engineering and Design through the full product lifecycle, from 0-to-1 development to General Availability.
• Enforce rigorous standards for API design, system reliability, and product quality for enterprise users.
• Partner with Sales and GTM teams to pitch products, win key deals, and translate user feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the EMEA payment landscape and manage vendor relationships.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Billing, Connect, and Checkout teams to deliver a cohesive platform experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or a related product role.
• Proven track record of shipping technical B2B2C products at high velocity.
• Obsession with product quality, including API design, dashboard UX, and documentation.
• Knowledge of the payments landscape or a demonstrated ability to learn complex domains quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate user problems precisely.
• Ownership mindset and ability to deliver results using data and first-principles thinking.

Nice to have

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to understand complex systems at a deep technical level.
