What you will do

• Lead by example as hands-on developer, spending 50% time coding and integrating 3rd party APIs.
• Design scalable architectures and make high-level technical decisions (50% time).
• Collaborate with team to resolve challenges, foster open environment for feedback and innovation.
• Drive in-house platform development, establish coding standards and workflows.
• Determine requirements, delegate tasks, manage schedules, and liaise with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English.
• 8+ years IT experience, 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), REST, WebSockets.
• Commercial databases (MySQL), messaging (RabbitMQ, Redis), Git.
• Experience bridging development and architecture, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Leadership, mentorship, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in iGaming domain or adjacent industries.
• Familiarity with scalable, high-performance systems design.
