What you will do

• Collaborate with product management, design, and teams across hirify.global to define and evolve end-to-end observability experiences.
• Serve as contact point for other teams, supporting difficult cases, integrations, and feature design.
• Hands-on code work: review team contributions, provide feedback, and define coding practices and standards.
• Mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and guide projects from technical design to implementation.
• Define long-term technical vision and roadmap for data-intensive observability applications.

Requirements

• Location in Greece, Hungary, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or Sweden (export license may be needed for sanctioned countries nationals)
• Experience leading technical projects in data and enterprise architecture, building sophisticated infrastructures.
• Hands-on with observability tools, especially logs.
• Mentoring expert engineers and defining technical vision across teams.
• High autonomy in tackling projects end-to-end, using AI coding agents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
