What you will do

• Split time equally between hands-on coding (50%) and designing scalable technical architectures (50%).
• Lead the development of in-house platforms and integrate 3rd party APIs.
• Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and efficient workflows.
• Define project requirements, develop work schedules, and delegate tasks to the team.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor team members and foster an environment for innovation and feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional IT experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep knowledge of REST, WebSockets, MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate (B2) level.
• Experience in the iGaming domain or adjacent industries is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in system architecture and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
