What you will do

• Engage with prospects and clients alongside sales and customer success to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery, demos, and solution design translating business challenges into product configurations and integrations.
• Own end-to-end integration processes, acting as technical advisor and ensuring impactful, user-friendly API implementations.
• Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and compliance questions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape customer-driven roadmaps and strengthen long-term relationships.

Requirements

• 1+ years in software development, integrations, APIs, system interoperability, or ad tech.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth), and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and navigating ambiguity with ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top school.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and integration platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, data platforms, retail, or marketplaces.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
