What you will do

• Design, develop, and support software applications for critical retail components including Search, Detail Page, Cart, and Checkout.
• Collaborate with PMTs and UX designers to transform ambiguous problem spaces into simple and effective customer solutions.
• Influence technical direction and drive operational excellence best practices to maintain high quality on team deliverables.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and handle DevOps responsibilities for owned services.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software development (non-internship).
• Experience designing or architecting systems with a focus on reliability and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one professional software programming language.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and source control management.
