What you will do
- Develop and execute the partner ecosystem strategy in Korea to increase NPU adoption and revenue.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners, including IT services, telecom, and AI solution providers.
- Create joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, including co-selling strategies and partner enablement programs.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships and track performance metrics such as pipeline and deal velocity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategy with business goals and product feedback.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within the Korean market.
- Proven track record of building partner ecosystems and driving joint GTM revenue growth.
- Strong existing network within Korean IT services, cloud providers, and enterprise tech ecosystems.
- Understanding of AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or data center technologies.
- Native Korean and business-level English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
- Familiarity with AI accelerators (GPU/NPU), ML workloads, or hyperscaler ecosystems.
- Experience with government or consortium-driven tech initiatives in Korea.
