What you will do

• Onboard new MCM customers (commerce platforms) and coordinate launches across internal teams.
• Manage a portfolio of Korean customers, monitoring performance and providing growth recommendations.
• Proactively identify and engage potential advertisers and agencies to drive platform adoption.
• Execute end-to-end campaigns, including onboarding, setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Create internal enablement materials, onboarding guides, and scalable workflows to improve efficiency.
• Analyze campaign data to generate insights and help customers optimize ad spend.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, eCommerce, or ad tech.
• Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for building trusted, lasting customer relationships.
• Structured problem-solving approach and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ML-based advertising or programmatic platforms.
• Proficiency in additional Asian languages.
