What you will do
- Meet or exceed an annual sales quota of $1 million+ USD.
- Identify and win new enterprise sales opportunities in the South Korean market.
- Manage and grow existing client revenue and renewals through strategic account planning.
- Navigate complex sales cycles using MEDDPICC and customer-centric selling techniques.
- Collaborate with business development, presales, and marketing teams to close business.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and business forecast within Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or beating $1 million+ annual sales quotas.
- Fluency in both Korean and English (verbal and written).
- Must be based in South Korea.
- Experience in database or data management sales is strongly preferred.
- Ability to undertake business travel within South Korea and up to 20% in APAC.
Nice to have
- Experience selling open source or cloud software solutions.
- Proficiency in qualifying opportunities with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC.
- Deep knowledge of open source ecosystems and commercial licensing models.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and other prospecting software.
