What you will do

  • Meet or exceed an annual sales quota of $1 million+ USD.
  • Identify and win new enterprise sales opportunities in the South Korean market.
  • Manage and grow existing client revenue and renewals through strategic account planning.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles using MEDDPICC and customer-centric selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with business development, presales, and marketing teams to close business.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and business forecast within Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or beating $1 million+ annual sales quotas.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English (verbal and written).
  • Must be based in South Korea.
  • Experience in database or data management sales is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to undertake business travel within South Korea and up to 20% in APAC.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling open source or cloud software solutions.
  • Proficiency in qualifying opportunities with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC.
  • Deep knowledge of open source ecosystems and commercial licensing models.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and other prospecting software.
