TL;DR

Senior Marketing Specialist (Events & Partnerships): Managing the planning and execution of high-profile conferences and partnership agreements to drive lead generation and brand awareness with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and vendor management. Focus on optimizing pipeline velocity, measuring event effectiveness, and maintaining brand consistency across global events.

Location: New York, NY, United States. Must be in the office 5 days a week.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annual base salary

What you will do

  • Execute conference and partnership strategies to drive lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, budgeting, and on-site execution.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams to fulfill partnership agreements and product awareness programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Research to align event objectives.
  • Measure and report on the strategic effectiveness of events and manage quarterly budgets.
  • Ensure brand execution through consistent messaging and design across all event experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Marketing and Events Management.
  • Proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, Splash, or Zoom.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
