What you will do

  • Build and expand the partner ecosystem in the UK, focusing on recruitment, activation, and revenue generation.
  • Identify and recruit strategic business partners, including Big 4 consultancies and system integrators.
  • Develop a predictable and scalable partner revenue engine, managing deals from initial positioning to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to execute regional channel strategies.
  • Design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) and pipeline generation plans for newly onboarded partners.
  • Track KPIs, monitor industry trends, and provide structured feedback on market requirements to senior management.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partner sales or channel development within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of building new partner territories and driving net-new business.
  • Experience working with Big 4 or comparable consulting partners is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
