What you will do

  • Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies to drive account penetration and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships as a trusted advisor for assigned mid-market customer accounts.
  • Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning hirify.global solutions with client objectives.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations to ensure high customer retention rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer roadblocks and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Utilize Salesforce to document the pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on account health.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing direct selling role, preferably within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the local hirify.global office in London (Hybrid).
  • Experience working within Microsoft and/or Salesforce environments.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
