What you will do

• Develop, manage, and engage assigned resellers to ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Act as the single point of contact for resellers to coordinate projects, promotions, and technical support.
• Build customized solutions based on reseller needs and manage pricing through distribution channels.
• Follow up on leads from telemarketing and convert them into closed sales opportunities.
• Execute up-selling and cross-selling strategies by contacting customers regarding recent purchases.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Italian: C2 or native level required
• English: C1 or above required
• Strong phone presence and experience with high-volume outbound calling.
• BA/BS degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
