What you will do
- Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers and business challenges.
- Generate qualified opportunities via cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling for Mid Market accounts.
- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent.
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a detailed handoff of opportunity context.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPI expectations and quarterly quotas for pipeline generation.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscapes to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian languages.
- Must be based in Milan for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Minimum 1 year of successful sales track record.
- Growth-minded, proactive, and resilient approach to business impact.
- Experience in SaaS, Analytics, or CRM software solutions preferred.
