Location: Hybrid (Milan, Italy) — in-office a few days per week

What you will do

  • Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers and business challenges.
  • Generate qualified opportunities via cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling for Mid Market accounts.
  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent.
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a detailed handoff of opportunity context.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI expectations and quarterly quotas for pipeline generation.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscapes to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Italian languages.
  • Must be based in Milan for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Minimum 1 year of successful sales track record.
  • Growth-minded, proactive, and resilient approach to business impact.
  • Experience in SaaS, Analytics, or CRM software solutions preferred.
