What you will do

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Present and sell Shift4’s Payment Terminals and services to merchants to close deals and sign new logos.
• Manage existing client relationships, resolving issues and identifying cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.
• Analyze merchant acquiring statements to position end-to-end service offerings effectively.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with direct management and keep pace with industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in door-to-door or outside sales, preferably in payments, financial services, or technology.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and native or proficient knowledge of the local language (Italian).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas independently.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
