What you will do

• Oversee the health, profitability, and overall satisfaction of the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions and drive improvement.
• Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to optimize portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Proven success in client acquisition, retention, and growing account value.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language (Italian, German, or French preferred).
• Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments with diverse portfolios.
• Experience monitoring key metrics such as retention rates and revenue growth.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Rome, Italy.
