What you will do

  • Drive reseller revenue growth through proactive account management and engagement.
  • Coordinate with distributors and channel managers to ensure reseller requirements are fulfilled.
  • Educate resellers on sales programs and new product offerings to become their primary point of contact.
  • Build tailored solutions based on reseller needs and manage pricing through distribution channels.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM and convert telemarketing leads into active opportunities.
  • Prevent partner churn by analyzing market trends and gathering competitor feedback.

Requirements

  • Spanish: C2 or Native level required
  • English: C1 level or above required
  • BA/BS degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Strong phone presence with experience handling high volumes of daily calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively in an autonomous environment.
