What you will do

  • Manage and develop senior-level relationships with a portfolio of strategic UK-based Gaming and Financial Services clients.
  • Identify and execute revenue growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new use cases.
  • Develop account plans and negotiate commercial agreements and renewals to maximize long-term value.
  • Drive the adoption of hirify.global products and features to improve client ROI and performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights on industry trends and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid work format).
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or commercial roles within payments, gaming, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise or strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of payments, open banking, or A2A ecosystems.
  • Experience with contract negotiations and influencing C-level executives.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
