Mistral AI is building cutting-edge AI products and is looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Partners to help scale teams across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Research. This is a unique opportunity to join early and shape hiring in one of Europe’s most ambitious AI companies.

What you’ll be doing:
— Partner with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent globally
— Own end-to-end hiring across complex, high-demand roles
— Deliver a high-quality candidate experience
— Contribute to building and scaling TA processes and infrastructure
— Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring performance

What they’re looking for:
— 4+ years of recruiting experience (ideally in tech / startups / AI / SaaS)
— Expertise in one of the domains: GTM, Product/Engineering, or Research
— Strong sourcing skills in competitive talent markets
— Data-driven mindset and ability to improve processes
— Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Fluent English and experience with international hiring
