What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from job posting to contract preparation.
• Fill both technical and business roles across all levels of seniority.
• Proactively identify talent and build sustainable pipelines, primarily via LinkedIn.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure the best possible fit for open positions.
• Develop and implement target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to derive recommendations for action.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for professional networking.
• Based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany.
