What you will do
- Execute the national eCommerce vision across marketplaces, pure players, and B2B platforms.
- Lead relationships with key eCommerce partners to maximize distribution, visibility, and content quality.
- Optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions to outperform online competition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Global/APAC stakeholders for integrated planning.
- Coach and develop team members to maintain a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, grocery, or online retail.
- 2+ years of specialized eCommerce experience and understanding of digital shopper behavior.
- Proven track record of driving commercial results on major platforms like Amazon.
- Prior experience in people management.
- Business-fluent Japanese and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach to optimization.
