What you will do
- Identify and engage potential clients in pharma and biotech through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research and analyze target organizations to identify and map key decision-makers.
- Coordinate meetings between potential clients and internal experts.
- Maintain CRM data and prepare regular activity reports.
- Follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (BDR, SDR, or recruitment).
- Native or fluent Japanese and English with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
