What you will do

• Evaluate, authenticate, and curate watches for auction, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Provide accurate pricing guidance and advise sellers on lot composition to maximize performance.
• Proactively source new sellers, dealers, and collections within the Japanese market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and high-value clients.
• Act as a local market expert, providing insights on trends, brands, and buyer behavior.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize category performance and growth strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the watch industry (e.g., dealer, auction house, or specialist).
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Deep knowledge of watch brands, models, pricing, and market dynamics.
• Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Must be based in Japan.
