What you will do

• Handle day-to-day communication with agencies and clients for upselling.
• Launch campaigns by coordinating technical requests with Ad Ops (tracking, targeting, pacing).
• Manage campaigns to meet goals, including budgeting and scaling.
• Oversee creative assets, A/B testing, and best practices.
• Analyze performance, create custom reports, and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities across book of business.

Requirements

• Native level Japanese, can communicate in English.
• 3+ years in client-facing sales or account management.
• Strong sales, analytical, communication, and time management skills (10+ accounts).
• Experience with revenue KPIs.

• Native advertising platforms knowledge.
• Mid/upper funnel sales experience.
• Ad operations: setup, monitoring, optimization, reporting.
• Japan online publisher landscape understanding.
