What you will do
- Drive revenue and reservation growth across the assigned book of business and the Tokyo market.
- Monitor supply health with a heavy focus on inventory availability and partner retention.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse range of studio, gym, and wellness partners.
- Increase adoption of ClassPass products and conduct in-depth Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Research, prospect, and close deals with new strategic partners using Salesforce.
- Collaborate on country-specific projects and assist with marketing efforts during market launches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or business development with a track record of top performance.
- Based in Tokyo, Japan.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with various audiences and internal teams.
- Proven business acumen and ability to articulate the value of partnership initiatives.
