What you will do

• Configure, monitor, and support enterprise license managers such as Flexnet, Sentinel, Reprise, and Dassault.
• Administer cloud-based licensing portals and manage remote hardware keys and user provisioning.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for license configuration issues and outages via ServiceNow.
• Utilize enterprise monitoring tools like OpenIT to manage server health and automate session management.
• Maintain the master license server inventory and conduct monthly hygiene and cleanup activities.
• Collaborate with external vendors and software product owners to resolve technical licensing barriers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience configuring and supporting License Managers (Flexnet, FlexLM, Sentinel RMS, Ansys LM, etc.).
• Working knowledge of license terminology, concurrent usage models, and cloud-based provisioning.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing platforms for Level 2/3 support.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on license hygiene and data accuracy.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (company participates in E-Verify).
