IT Intern

TL;DR

IT Intern (IT Support): Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems with an accent on end-user support and system documentation. Focus on resolving technical issues and maintaining asset management tracking to support non-profit organizations.

Location: Must reside in Michigan within commuting distance from the Troy, Michigan office

Compensation: $18–$20/hour USD

What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Resolve technical issues related to computer systems and software.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field (Junior or Senior status).
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking when facing unexpected issues.
• Must be based in Michigan within commuting distance to Troy.
