Location: On-site in Moorestown, NJ
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 a year

What you will do
- Develop and manage system requirements and technical specifications.
- Assist with system architecture, design reviews, and detailed engineering documentation.
- Coordinate the integration and testing of hardware and software components.
- Perform system-level analysis, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and electrical engineering teams.
- Support verification and validation activities throughout the system lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting complex engineering or technical systems.
- Solid understanding of the system development lifecycle and engineering processes.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Nice to have
- Experience with defense, aerospace, or other government programs.
- Familiarity with systems modeling or simulation tools such as MATLAB or Simulink.
- Experience with system integration, testing, or verification activities.
- Knowledge of requirements management tools like DOORS.
