What you will do

• Develop and manage system requirements and technical specifications.
• Assist with system architecture, design reviews, and detailed engineering documentation.
• Coordinate the integration and testing of hardware and software components.
• Perform system-level analysis, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and electrical engineering teams.
• Support verification and validation activities throughout the system lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting complex engineering or technical systems.
• Solid understanding of the system development lifecycle and engineering processes.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Nice to have

• Experience with defense, aerospace, or other government programs.
• Familiarity with systems modeling or simulation tools such as MATLAB or Simulink.
• Experience with system integration, testing, or verification activities.
• Knowledge of requirements management tools like DOORS.
