What you will do

• Install and configure Avigilon ACC / Unity 8 NVR servers.
• Ensure servers comply with enterprise IT build, security, and documentation standards.
• Configure IT tools for monitoring, endpoint protection, and patching.
• Maintain process documentation, onboarding diagrams, and CMDB records.
• Resolve VMS server-related tickets via ServiceNow.
• Manage Dynatrace monitoring and dashboards.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, systems, or infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) and Active Directory.
• Must be based in or able to work in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).
• Associate's degree in IT or relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA).
• Experience working within a corporate IT environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with video management systems (VMS) or physical security platforms.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace and ServiceNow.
• Light scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
